Mental Health across the Lifespan

  • Goal 1: to know and analyze the most important developmental tasks across the lifespan and its challenges;
  • Goal 2: to know and analyze factors promoting mental health in each stage of the life cycle;
  • Goal 3: to know and analyze risk factors and mental health problems in each stage of the life cycle;
  • Goal 4: to identify signs of mental health problems in each stage of the life cycle.
