- Situate Social Work as a Human Rights profession
- Get to know the Millennium Development Goals (UN, 2015) and identify the current challenges for Social Work in the scope of international cooperation
- Get to know the Global Agenda for Social Work and the International Federation of Social Workers’ field of action.
- Develop knowledge and critical-thinking ability on global issues related to Social Work and Human Rights at an international and national level.
- Identify principles, theories, methodologies and instruments that guide the operationalization of Human Rights in the daily practices of Social Workers
