Dissertation Seminar I

6 ECTS / Semester / Portuguese
  • Acquire and deepen knowledge and develop skills to plan, carry out and evaluate a research project of their own, integrated into the curriculum leading to the achievement of the degree of master;
  • Deepen knowledge on a specific and relevant topic in the area of Family Sciences (selected in the UC Dissertation Project), and reflect on the issues and the research design, methodologies and evaluation tools selected, implementing the necessary reformulations considering the specific context in which data collection was initiated;
  • Acquire research skills that contribute to the construction of quantitative or qualitative databases, for the collection and organization of such data.
